Digital Marketing Specialist

Snapshot of your role

Planning and execution of the digital marketing strategy for OMLY: e-commerce, brand, digital communications including email, affiliate marketing and translation of marketing campaigns into digital marketing campaigns, analytics and system integrations. Develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. Engage with the public through social media and ensure visitor flow to digital sites. Analyse and report on visitor data and devise new ways to market products. Plan Online marketing strategies for the organization.

  • Depending on the role, you will be working with cross functional teams/departments.
  • Need to have excellent coordination and communication skills with high patience levels in this role.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the day-to-day progress of marketing planning and execution.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) On-Page & Off-page optimization.
  • Keyword analysis & Competitor analysis includes Analysis of top keywords, backlinks. Optimizing website structure, Meta tags, Content & Images to Search Engines.
  • Preparing reports of keyword ranking, Google Analytics traffic and Link building Activities.
  • Monitoring the Website Traffic with Google Analytics & performance with Webmaster tools daily.
  • Social Media Optimization (SMO): Increasing websites visibility in Social Media sites like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, MySpace, and Pinterest etc.
  • Run Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Campaign using Google AdWords.
  • End to End execution of marketing projects and campaigns, including ideation, creation of collaterals, distribution of collaterals in various media and measurement and analysis of impact.
  • Be actively involved in SEO efforts on continuous basis (keyword, image optimization etc.)
  • Running and optimizing online adverts through Google AdWords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness.
  • Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Web Trends etc.).
  • Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up to date.
  • Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising
  • Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels
  • Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelors’ or master’s degree in marketing or a related field
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends)
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
  • Working knowledge of HTML development and constraints
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
